Terms of Service

1. The service

Wallsizer is a web application that estimates wallcovering quantities from dimensions you enter. Estimates are guidance only; you are responsible for verifying all measurements on site before ordering. Wallsizer is not liable for material ordered, wasted, or short based on its output.

2. Account and subscription

Access requires an account and an active subscription. The plan is billed monthly at the price shown at signup. Founding-member pricing, where offered, applies for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. A 30-day free trial requires a valid payment method; you may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Billing and cancellation are handled through our payment processor, Stripe.

3. One account, one user

Each subscription is for a single named user. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account or its session to any other person. We may suspend accounts showing signs of shared or automated access.

4. Intellectual property

The Wallsizer application, its interface, source code, calculation engine, drawings, exports, brand and documentation are the exclusive property of [LEGAL ENTITY] and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. It grants no ownership.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not, directly or through others:

• copy, download for redistribution, republish, or host the application or any part of its code;
• reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or attempt to derive the source code or the calculation logic;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data, or access the service through automated means beyond normal use;
• remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notice, including watermarks on exports;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with authentication, licensing, rate limits, or any security measure.

6. Exports and your content

Documents you generate (PDF, JPG) are yours to use with your clients. Exports may carry a forensic identifier tied to your account for anti-piracy purposes. You are responsible for the dimensions and branding you enter.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, in particular sections 3 and 5, without refund. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallsizer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
